            Unusual White Varietals
Western Cape - Leopard's Leap Lookout Semi-Sweet R145
A softly sweet blend of Chenin Blanc and Muscat that tastes like candied fruit, marzipan and apple blossom.
Stellenbosch - Simonsig Gewürztraminer R160
A Special Late Harvest with litchis, rose petals and white Turkish delight. Exciting, with a tantalizing lime finish and delicate acidity.
Elgin - Paul Cluver Estate Riesling R210
The palate is crisp and clean, lemon sorbet-like. There is a great interplay between the naturally retained residual sugar and the acidity.
Stellenbosch - Jordan The Real McCoy Riesling R265
The German clone grapes were vinified and once the perfect balance between sugar and acidity was reached, the fermentation was stopped to retain a hint of natural fruit sugars. Intense flavours of lime through to white peach and Granny Smith apple.
Constantia - Klein Constantia Riesling R285
The palate has a delicate floral and fruity entry which is balanced by a grippy acidity. Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, the wine tapers into a refreshing and long finish.
Constantia - Eagle's Nest Viognier R455
Sumptuous and enticing, a flintiness on the nose is complimented by delicious citrus aromas of lime and mandarin skin. Delicate peach blossom and jasmine flower notes develops in the glass.
Marlborough, New Zealand - Framingham Classic Riesling R650
It’s described as off-dry, but don’t be fooled into thinking this will be sweet and cloying. It finishes extremely clean and refreshing and drags you back in for another glug.
