Coastal Region - Pardonnez-Moi Cinsault by Old Road Wine Co R240
Typical of Cinsault this wine has a sweet fruit character on the nose and palate. It’s a juicy wine that bursts of cranberry, fresh red cherries and red wine gums.
Stellenbosch - Zorgvliet Cabernet Franc R295
The wine shows cinnamon and spice characteristics on the nose, which are well integrated with flavours of black cherry and plum fruit on the palate.
Western Cape - Blake's Family Wines Malbec R250
A deep velvet red with a touch of garnet on the rim. A rich and full wine with soft tannins. Good mouth feel with vibrant aromas of mocha and dark chocolate
Elgin - Paul Wallace Black Dog Malbec R380
An intriguing somewhat exotic nose conjures up hints of blue berries, black berries, brambles, juicy red plums and savoury rhubarb. The entry onto the palate is a satisfying fruit-filled mouthful of both red and black fruits linked by a thread of spice and held together with silky tannins.
Stellenbosch - Raats Family Cabernet Franc R1100
The palate is complex and textured with fine grained silky tannins balancing the dark berry fruit. Blue and Black Berries dominate the smooth finish with hints of dark chocolate.
Stellenbosch - Rainbow's End Cabernet Franc R475
Intense dark purple colour. Oak perfume with blackberry and hazel nut on the nose. Broad smooth tannins. A ripe and succulent wine.
Stellenbosch - Idiom Zinfandel (Primitivo) R485
An effortless entry leads to an explosive revolving tray of rosemary, raspberry, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. The attractive, long lingering finish invites further indulgence.
Stellenbosch - Kaapzicht Skuinsberg Cinsault R330
Dark ruby coloured core, which is bold for the cultivar. Black cherry and plums combine with sweet herbs and a slight smoked meat element. Generous fistfuls of chunky red and black fruit on the full palate that is juicy, yet structured, savoury and dry. Cinsault's daddy!
