Simonsberg, Stellenbosch - Kanonkop Paul Sauer R1600
A complex perfume of plush black fruit, including cassis, black plum and sour cherries, complimented with layers of tobacco, cedar wood and cigar box undertones.
Stellenbosch - Ernie Els Signature R1440
The flagship Bordeaux-style blend, revealing complex layers of dark brooding blackcurrants, candied orange, cardamom, clove and dark olives embellished by integrated spicy oak and smooth ripe tannins.
Stellenbosch - Rust en Vrede 1694 Classification R2600
The initial impressions of cedar and pencil shavings give way to liquorice aromas. Seamless integration with raspberry flavours filtering through on the palate. This wine shows beautiful weight and length, leaving you with a lasting impression.
Stellenbosch - Jordan Cobblers Hill R800
The palate is richly layered and intriguing with a variety of opulent flavours which includes Sichuan pepper and blackcurrants. The 24-month barrel ageing adds viscosity and a spicy finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

This intriguing blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Tannat is silky soft on the palate with succulent tannins and notes of white pepper, red fruit, chocolate and cherry tobacco on the nose.

The aromas are brooding but with complex notes of pepper, liquorice, perfume and black cherries. The palate entry is quite dense with lavender and dark berry fruit. The finish is dry with well spread tannins ending with savoury and currant flavours.
